Sorry but Thomas & Timothy both are girls deal with it. Tiffany is coming soon. Lore: Thomas & Timothy are LBSC E2s Timothy was the older model #100 & Thomas was the newer model #105. They both worked on the LBSC but in 1939 World War II they were both involved in a bombing they were making a goods train and there was no time to uncouple them so they went the long ride all the way to tidmouth station. they were loaned on the NWR until they were bought by it for $10 and they both did shunting duties but then They both rescued James and they were given the Ffarquhar branch line but in 1948 Timothy would get into a crash at the sodor bay bridge and she landed on Shallow water so she did not sink or drown it took 2 hours to rescue her after that it was discovered Timothy's driver was reckless and not see the red signal because he was going to fast (30 mph) and he got arrested and Timothy got fixed up by the works. In 1956 Thomas would be painted teal to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the NWR and Timothy got painted blue but Timothy did not really like it so she repainted to NWR grey other than that. Thomas & Timothy both run to this day doing the Ffarquhar branch line and hauling goods trains.
