me: reads first two rules doesnt read third one (idk why), is informed oc is to op nerfs: 400 elephants? no 75, 60 cruise ships? no 20 small boats and lets make that nearly kill him if he misses mach 1? way to fast 110 mph is fast but is beatable and the ash so lets make it impossible to hit and if it does hit its only like a 3 second stun lets make him blind in one eye and everything else is manageable
dont take this as a escuse but all of my ocs are sh#t op so the only way to combat that is with worse ocs
