Status: A single prototype, production to be approved. Power (1 to 10): 6 Arsenal: This unit is equipped with outer carbon fiber armor, and its endoskeleton is made out of tungsten. Unlike its counterpart, "PROMETHEUS", this unit has been created for close quarters combat. Each time the unit attacks or is dealt damage, it will store up the kinetic energy from the movement. When its maximum storage capacity is reached, it can opt to release it in a powerful burst of energy, briefly making its movement speed and damage output higher. The speed and damage depend on how filled the energy storage is. If this is used, its arm will be lit up in a blue aura and it will become completely indestructible and move at the speed of mach 0.3 for the duration of the effect, effectively turning into a subsonic sledgehammer. If the energy storage is empty but it needs to use its ability, it can use its inner reactor to power up the energy cell. This is risky, though, as it can cause damage to the core. However, in the opposite situation, if no more energy can be stored, it can overload its systems and cause critical damage to itself, so in a combat situation, it will always have to release the energy at least once. After a fight, if some energy remains in the cell, it must go to a special station made just for it to deplete the kinetic energy, as after some time, the energy can become volatile and cause unpredictable behavior to the unit. If the unit decides to use the energy on its left arm, it will power up an energy shield. While the shield is active, the kinetic energy cell will start depleting, albeit slowly, unlike the speed and damage buff that depletes the cell nearly instantly. EM-00 can activate and deactivate the shield at will. All testing has proved to be successful and production has yet to be approved by higher ranks.
