I was checking Sonic X Magu Mayhem on the offsite place (NOT SCRATCH, JUST A SIMILAR WEBSITE) one last time for signs of data recovery, and the project still looked the exact same as it was on March 16th. I checked the message on the website developer's profile I've shown in this project, my already crumbled interest in making Sonic fan games felt like it came crashing down even more. The website developer (a competitor to Scratch) indirectly confirmed they couldn't recover all the projects, and the progress of Sonic X Magu Mayhem since march 16th was left in the dust. I sort of feel like I just lost a child. He said millions of projects were affected by the data wipe, while he only brought back the missing data of 10,000. He told me how the probability of my project being recovered was based on how big it is (IT IS BIG). I don't think I want to try making a Sonic fan game ever again after this, I don't think I can move on. For now, Sonic X Magu Mayhem is canceled, but I still want to animate the ending.
