Hes a Breath mint but his legal name is Freecandyguy B Mint and just prefers to be called by his first name since its unique. He used to kidnap people and demand ransom while giving the kidnapped people candy and now works as a lawyer with Kim and is good friends with Cop Octogon. He still owns a van this guy's entire asset and accessories is just blue-green wow is it me or does his hat look like a lady's hat.
