On August 21, 1903, a new series of 3 Actima-class cruisers were commisioned to become part of the new Wilczech Northern Fleet. These ships are tasked with securing territorial waters, as well as training for any potential conflicts. This brings the total number of ships of the Wilczech Navy to 9, with 8 Actima-class light cruisers and one Mirya-class Dreadnought.
