Full blindness: Full blindness refers to when a person (or cat in this case) cannot see at all, this includes things like shadows and light and this cannot be fixed. Full blindness can be caused by an injury or at birth, in Raven Fern's case it was at birth. Due to having one of their senses lost their other senses (hearing, touch, and smell) are stronger. Cats will need to slowly adjust and learn their surroundings. Ways to help adjustment and learning better is keeping things in the same place or by the use of sounds (links inside)
Migranes with aura: Migraines are neurological disorder in which there is intense throbbing in the head lasting from hours to days. Aura is a temporary neurological disturbance that occurs before a migraine takes place. They can last from 20-30 minutes. They also cause a temporary disturbance in vision such as blind spots, zig zags, shimmering spots and stars, change in vision/ vision loss, and flashes of light. Those with aura migraines are at mild risk of stroke. In the human world these can be temporary treated by medication, however there is no real perm cure for headaches. (links inside)
