enter min and max values. Don´t go more than 10 digits for the max or else it wont work. The whole idea behind this is that a true random number generator is never truly random, so I used many various uncontrollable and random variables and combined them to create a truly random number. Not a single pick random block is used in this. Feel free to use this, just please give me credit.
