Its an OC with an alarm clock head.
This OC was originally a Dandy's World OC before Dyle was added. It's ability I think was like Pebble's ability where their alarm clock head rings loudly and they give the effects of using an airhorn. So, Tick is now an OC is the dimension that my other OCs are.
