The bullet may not actually defeat the enemy (pls help) the rate for enemy spawn is (2.4/floor(level)+0.5)+0.4 (i started at level 0, so that is why i have the +1) Heavy credits to Toby Fox for the stuff Yellow soul and background it's enemies (spamton neo) The songs as well (took like 14 variables and 3 messages)
