Theres a Myth where if you go beyond the biggest part of the roots, you may find something secret, Every Hidden area you Find in each room Uncovers what its meant to be. heres the lore for the 7 rooms currently as of 6/6/26 Spikey Roots: This is an area not seen commonly in fungal wastes of roots growing in super sharp spikes set out by the mantis tribe, its one of few seen in the giant roots section. Thorn Room: A Group of Travelers found this Area, once again very little to see a giant wall of thorns in the giant roots section, this is the first one to be found. Ending Roots: Once again first found by Explorers, The Explorers after Investigation and thinking, they thought about the Myth and then climbed walls to see if it was true- and what do you know, A hidden room. So they Called it Ending Roots, because they find Secrets at the Ending of the roots. Spiny Ceiling: Simular to the Thorn room. The Mantis Tribe placed Numerous traps to hunt Serpents and Vengefly kings, Then the Ending of the roots became grown there aswell, Dark Roots: These are more of the common rooms in a bunched up group that are dark and hard to see in. You may need a lantern to see a distance, And numerous Ending of the roots Made it like a Maze... Wall of Fungal wastes: Many Higher beings (not pale beings) Found this Gigantic wall, with Markings of Mushrooms and mantises on it, They Named it the great wall Because of what it Shows to Hallownest. Threat Breaker: A known area by Travelers and Pale beings (yes you heard pale) for being a VERY relaxing area, You inhale a great set of Oxygen (and a great place to play the 5 star metroidvania: Hollow knight!) but Not only that, Theres almost NO monsters or infected creatures. 4/5 creatures that rarely go to the threat breaker Never attack for more then hours. also this does not mean you fight ekolas here. just a test to see if i can spawn bosses and have fun
