A0. A cultist must "own" a deepfryer. (See C section) A1. A cultist must be an active member of the community. A2. A cultist must agree to follow all Fry Council rules. A3. A cultist must show respect toward all members UNLESS MATTERS OPPRESS. A4. A cultist must not have a history of harassment or discrimination. A5. A cultist must understand the purpose of the Fry Council. A6. A cultist must be willing to participate when needed. A7. A cultist must maintain a positive attitude within the group UNLESS MATTERS OPPRESS. A8. A cultist must acknowledge the authority structure of the Council. A9. A cultist must be approved by the Fry King or an authorized reviewer. B0. Cultists may participate in discussions and decisions. B1. Cultists may propose new ideas or improvements. B2. Cultists may assist in welcoming new members. B3. Cultists may help enforce rules respectfully. B4. Cultists may report issues to leadership. B5. Cultists may participate in votes when eligible. B6. Cultists may represent the Fry Council in alliances. B7. Cultists may request clarification on any rule. B8. Cultists may step back temporarily if needed. B9. Cultists may request promotion or additional responsibilities. C0. Anyone who engages in harassment goes into the deepfryer. C1. Anyone who is racist, homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory goes into the deepfryer. C2. Anyone who bullies or targets others goes into the deepfryer. C3. Anyone who repeatedly breaks Council rules goes into the deepfryer. C4. Anyone who impersonates leadership goes into the deepfryer. C5. Anyone who spreads harmful misinformation goes into the deepfryer. C6. Anyone who intentionally disrupts Council operations goes into the deepfryer. C7. Anyone who abuses their role or authority goes into the deepfryer. C8. Anyone who sabotages alliances goes into the deepfryer. C9. Anyone who threatens community safety goes into the deepfryer. D0. A valid deepfryer project must be a remix of an existing deepfryer project. D1. The deepfryer must remain the primary element of the project. D2. The deepfryer must be clearly visible and recognizable. D3. The project title must include the word “deepfryer.” D4. The word “deepfryer” must be spelled correctly; “deepfrier” is not accepted. D5. The deepfryer may not be removed, replaced, or hidden. D6. Additional elements may be added, but the deepfryer must remain central. D7. The remix must not change the project into something unrelated to deepfryers. D8. The remix must follow Scratch rules and remain appropriate. D9. The Fry King or may verify whether a project qualifies as a deepfryer. E0. The Fry King holds the highest authority in the Council. E1. The Fry King may approve or deny cultist membership. E2. The Fry King may create, modify, or remove rules. E3. The Fry King may override stalled or incomplete votes. E4. The Fry King may form or dissolve alliances. E5. The Fry King may remove members who violate rules. E6. The Fry King may assign roles or responsibilities. E7. The Fry King may call or end meetings. E8. The Fry King may interpret rules when unclear. E9. The Fry King may issue emergency decisions when needed. F0. is recognized as a high‑ranking authority. F1. may review cultist applications. F2. may approve or deny minor decisions. F3. may assist in rule enforcement. F4. may represent the Council in alliances. F5. may propose rule changes to the Fry King. F6. may mediate disputes between cultists. F7. may temporarily manage Council operations. F8. may request emergency action from the Fry King. F9. may be granted additional powers at the Fry King’s discretion. G0. Votes may be held for decisions requiring group input. G1. Only eligible cultists may vote. G2. Votes must be clearly marked as yes, no, or abstain. G3. A vote is valid only if the minimum participation requirement is met. G4. If a vote stalls, the Fry King or may override. G5. Votes may be extended if participation is low. G6. Votes may be closed early by the Fry King. G7. Vote results must be recorded. G8. Invalid or duplicate votes may be removed. G9. The Fry King has final authority over vote interpretation. J0. All cultists must follow platform rules (e.g., Scratch rules). J1. Cultists must avoid unnecessary drama. J2. Cultists must maintain a respectful environment. J3. Cultists must avoid spreading rumors. J4. Cultists must avoid impersonating others. J5. Cultists must avoid excessive self‑promotion. J6. Cultists must avoid derailing discussions. J7. Cultists may request clarification on any rule. J8. Cultists must respect all alliance partners. J9. This rulebook may be updated as needed.
