These are the rules for naming in the Sea's Song- A WCRP: Mandatory rules: 1. no naming kits after disabilities ( so no naming a blind kit Blindkit or a deaf kit Deafkit) 2. no things that a cat shouldn't know about so no Toasterkit, Refrigeratorkit, or something like that 3. there should be no long and ridiculous prefixes so no Supercalifragilisticexpialodociouskit 4. no naming kits Thunderpathkit, Twolegkit or Kittypetkit 5. you may name kits after the planets and other stuff like that 6. you are allowed to use actual human names as long as they have another meaning so the prefixes Joy, Melody, Felicity, Lily, Iris, Violet ,and Hope are examples of this rule 7. no naming kits after movie characters so no Mickeykit or Minniekit 8. no naming a kit Kitkit or Pawpawkit 9. no naming kits after any sort of community or religion 10. no naming kits with common human names like John or Mary 11. Star is a prefix in this and we might get a Starstar someday 12. no naming kits after their size 13. You may name kits after markings on their pelts 14. the length of a prefix is limited to 10 letters and a suffix is limited to 10 letters
