The Yarla Verla confederation has been declared and will stay an independent nation until the tyrannical government and priest class are overthrown. The holy army of Skåland is mostly a defensive force designed to defend the confederation’s fortress-monasteries from imperial forces. Most of these troops are peasants who work for the monasteries. These monasteries are also defended by the monks themselves, they are trained in the 5 weapons of warfare: the sword, the spear, the bow, the gun and the most powerful, the mind. Already allied peasant militias are launching ambushes on imperial garrisons.
