Since folded bas2 is the smallest possible folded base (folded unary is nonsense), the designs work a little differently. 1’ is distinct from 1, 10’ is distinct from 10, 100’ is distinct from 100, etc, etc, etc. The second half is a parody of big number bands (Perfect, Superperfect, Etc)
