Hello! It's been a while, sorry for taking so long!! Thank you everyone for auditioning or your interest in auditioning, but unfortunately not everyone can be selected and there are limited roles. There are so many of you who are really talented and it was amazing listening to everyone's auditions. It was really hard to choose. I have chosen roles based on a few factors, primarily: - character fit - reliability - pitch - tempo Basically, if you are not selected, it does NOT mean you have no potential or suck at it, just that I'm not sure if you fit the character's personality well. Even trying out is a big effort for some of you, and I appreciate every effort you took to apply all the way <3 I'm really sorry if you were not chosen for a character or your preferred character. Also, there are of course, more characters. However, they are not main characters. That does not mean they don't have a significant or important role! I don't mean to keep you hanging but I genuinely think that some of you may fit better for a different character so I may notify that later. So there's a chance you still are selected. There are also many background characters, so maybe you can do that. Unfortunately you won't be able to have more than 1 role at a time, to give everyone a chance and to prevent burnout, etc. Anyway, onto the results. If you entered for Kouf / were shortlisted (which you won't know) you'll still be considered. || Barry || VA > Backup > || Thorn || VA > Backup > || Uynn || VA > Backup > , || Background singers || *in no particular order (background voices for choirs part of songs) The order is by expectations of most lines + most screentime -> least lines + least screentime. However all of them are mainish and have a lot of lines. It is an estimate, not exact. Some of the parts do not have backup, because I didn't know who to add. That means... some are still open. Kouf did not have enough entries, so it will be open again as well. Again, I'm sorry if you did not receive your desired role. Hopefully next time you will! Keep trying! Also, if you need to drop out for any reason, any recorded lines are unlikely to be used as it won't match the new VA's style, even if they are similar. Please let me know as soon as you are able to if you make the decision that you no longer want to participate. It's totally okay. That is why I listed backups for each character. It was really hard to choose. I must stress that. :> By the way, if you were accepted, congrats! need to let you know a few things: - The final MAP will be on YT because IT WILL LAG BADLY on scratch. I'm not sure whether unlisted or public, BUT LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE PLEASE! (won't link directly to scratch for privacy reasons) - I WILL be asking for changing of things and redoing lines. This is just what happens in filmmaking, things get changed or need to be tweaked slightly. It's not going to be excessive but will happen from time to time. I'm not trying to be bossy >.< - Going to take a long time. It's a commitment. Since it's main character, probably a few months. (estimate) - Let me know if you need anything specific (eg: would like to see the animation layout to better understand the scene, would like me to act out the layout of the line but I'm a bad voice actor I will say that) - You should be invited to a studio.
