✧ ✧ ✧ By any metric, Peakclan is perfect. Although they’re all raised on the same crisp salty air, these cats come in all shapes, sizes, and personalities. They never go hungry, and they’ve learned to adapt and flourish after repeated tragedy. Each one seems innately designed for their role within the clan. Despite this all, something’s not quite right. Nothing seems glaringly evil, nor is anything dysfunctional. It’s something… familiar. Something a little… uncanny. *** EDIT: this series now has a studio! https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/51809273/ —- ALLEGIANCES -— ✧ HOLLYSTAR - clan’s leader! - strictest about the rules, but she’s still fairly reasonable - pretty distrustful of outsiders from rival groups - smells like a christmas tree ✧ SHARPSIGHT - pretty young for a deputy! - EXTREMELY organized; the clan’s patrols and daily functions run like a well-oiled machine - being the right hand (er.. paw) of holly, she supervises the clan and ensures that the code is being followed — most of the time though, her job has become correcting any misbehaving apprentices… - seems harmless to members of her own clan, but is absolutely LETHAL in combat - like many others, she developed a lot of issues after the clan’s members began disappearing and dying at the claws of chasmclan. what she would never admit, however, is how her exceptional combat abilities are partly due to her handful of moons spent occasionally training in the dark forest at night. her emotional volatility following the deaths left her as a perfect target, but thankfully for the sake of the clan, she escaped from the forest’s grasp upon realizing its sinister intentions. she’s now healing and functional again, but still yearns for justice to be served to the killers. ✧ FREEZEFOOT - medicine cat - claims to hate his job but he’s freakishly good at it - despite what the name suggests, his injury was natural; the name “freeze” is due to his excessively cold glare and demeanor, and he lost the use of one of his hind legs when it lost circulation near the end of his medicine-apprenticeship. despite his gifted ability, he was unable to fix it, and he is reminded of this every day. - avoidant attachment final boss - really funny, although usually at someone else’s expense - doesn’t believe in starclan, and he now has to take an apprentice to fulfill this duty for him ✧ MEDCAT APPRENTICES (OTTERPAW, CLIFFPAW, AND MALLOWPAW) - instead of just one cat being interested in the position, there was three! - freeze forces them into competition with each other to see which one is deserving of being the official medicine apprentice, but so far, all three have kept up, and he continues on with three apprentices… —- ✧ ✧ ✧ WARRIORS: ✧ MOTHBITE - a rogue kit adopted into the clan, her origin is largely a mystery; she aims to keep it that way. - she’s had the bite on her leg since she was a kitten. again, nobody knows its origin. oddly, despite its awful, festering appearance, it doesn’t seem to cause her any harm, and she is able to use the leg freely. - had a bit of a silly demeanor when she was younger, but has hardened significantly following the attacks from chasmclan. now, she rarely interacts with her clanmates, and is often seen simply staring into the distance without reason. ✧ SHADOWSPIKE - rarely speaks at ALL - pretty chill guy once you get to know him - almost exclusively hangs out with his cousin batfang - he towers over EVERYONE. - spends his days ominously sitting in the edge of camp, unmoving and observing - smells like a dark, dusty cellar ✧ BATFANG - friendliest guy you’ll ever meet - cousins with shadowspike, although you’d never know this by looking at or talking to him - pretty short, but moves swiftly, even appearing to float off the ground while running - mischievous… - smells like pumpkin and maple ✧ IRONPELT - this dude’s massive - cat of pure muscle - has a super deep voice, but he doesn’t speak too much - protective of his little sister, radiantshine ✧ RADIANTSHINE - super bubbly - friendly to everyone, but she seems to be concealing something about herself… - constantly trying to spread kindness among the… less enthusiastic members of her clan —- that’s all for now!! i have many more cats completed, but it would be boring if i revealed them all at once… wouldn’t it? i am willing to upload these guys to artfight upon request! i feel bad about not having any cats available to draw… PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE feel free to drop your thoughts/theories in the comments! this will be an ongoing series! i will answer questions and try not to spoil too much! edit: check out part 2! - art: designs: music: drop dead by olivia rodrigo
