You can freely add this tool to your towers; I've used this in several of mine. This is the best all jumping resource available for the HST community, as it has checkpoint removal functionality, as well as an indicator to tell whether or not you are in AJ mode. This addition does not modify player physics in any way, despite adding extra scripts to the player. This is only meant to serve as an effective way to learn and practice HST towers. If you have an older tower you want to add this to, feel free. It will not affect the possibility of the tower at all.
