March 21, 1908, an innocent man is murdered out in public by an officer due to police brutality. The man was mistaken for somebody else, assaulted, and after he tried to protect himself, he was shot. The situation caused outrage among the entirety of GOREN. More and more people are wanting to do something about the government, police, leaders, etc. Yet people are still scared. However the group represented by the Xayan Moren is growing, more and more people are starting to rebel. Tension is rising.
