==========================Main RP=========== -When the Starkasian invasion of Oman began, the UAE's forces were caught off guard, since they had prepared for a conflict against Saudi Arabia, and weren't militarily strong enough to confront Starkasia directly, and thus, the UAE's forces left Oman. After Oman was split between Saudi Arabia and Starkasia, the UAE's parliament descended into chaos upon the realization that the UAE was now encircled by Saudi Arabia, and they had subsequently become indirectly dependent on Saudi Arabia. Ethiopian military supplies and equipment stopped reaching the UAE's ports as they were stopped in the Gulf of Oman. The UAE had failed in their Cold War against Saudi Arabia, and now their nation was facing an existential threat... The Buraidah Demand: -On the 4th of March 2064, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia placed 300,000 troops on the border with the UAE, and demanded that the sheikh of the UAE step down from the throne, and hand the UAE to Saudi Arabia. King Salman II promised to take good care of their citizens and to treat them like the rest of our citizens. Met with the demand, the sheikh of Abu Dhabi agreed to the demand, and signed the treaty of annexation, but the sheikhs of Dubai and Sharjah firmly rejected the demand, and thus, the Emirati conflict began... Defeating the United Emirati Resistance (UER): -heavy aerial bombardment took place on key military positions across UER, and radio-communication lines were interrupted by our hackers. After that, several naval landings took place on the east coast of the UER and a force of 230,000 troops marched into the UER from the west. With heavy pressure onto their resistance from many sides, and Ethiopian supplies being unable to reach the UER, the UER surrendered on the 18th of June 2064. The Aftermath: -The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia severed diplomatic ties with Saudi Arabia, and Ethiopia continues to remain as one of the last Saudi Arabian enemies in the region...
Notes: About the Emirati airforce, it was mostly disbanded after the UAE's collapse and only about 100 jets were actually siezed by the UER, and another reason is that our hackers caused disruptions in the UER's communication lines and thus caused confusion in the resistance. Sorry if the animation is a bit choppy...
