i feel a lot better now tbh but please don't ask about why i need to vent or how i feel etc etc with all due respect it's none of your business. 1. sketch 2. lineart - almost half of the time taken was spent on this :/ 3. flat colours 4-11. shading - basically i shade by adding layers on top of each other, until the brightest colour is similar to white and the darkest colour is similar to black. hence why there's so many lighting layers and only two shading layers. 12. airbrush shading! it's just a gradient 13. eyes. not revealing how i do them yet but maybe in the future. tbh i don't think it's that hard to guess lol 14. lineart colour 15. after-effects, polishing things up + bg. it's generally just a lot of airbrushed gradients :]
