It never happens, IDK why I would think that a man would get away with burning a city, that's an Avengers level threat. Anyways, yeah, he never goes crazy in a City, there was no Fire, he doesn't change into what ever tf he is now in public, and the Toothfairy isn't real in this world, but ghosts are very real in this world, but those ghosts have nothing to do with JOJO.
