I mean, the art doesn't show it, but the music I chose has a sad story to it, so you can kinda think of this as based kinda on the song and story. The art is kinda abstract, so I'll explain; on the right of the screen, is her current self, but cuz she's biologically male, people don't accept her for who she is, make fun of her, until she has to pretend to be a cisgender male to hide from the judgement of these people. However, cuz she is who she is, even if she tries her best to hide it (the hands), she can never completely rid herself of who she actually is. The left side, is her future/dream self, if she was who she wanted to be. This version has come to accept that she is who she is. Or something like that it's hard to explain. Oh, and the rose petals are cuz of the french movie "Ma vie en rose" (my life in rose, I think it means) So uh yeah here's the story So, in Taiwan some years ago, there was this boy who kept on being bullied because of his "femininity", so he had to avoid everyone every time he went to the toilet. One day, in third grade, he went to the restroom, and soon afterwards was found dead there. Which led to a lot of people being angry that the school had not respected the boy's gender nonconformity. So, thanks to him, a lot of new transgender and gender related positive laws were created. Sad story oof. The song Womxnly is in dedication to the boy (Yeh Yung-chih, also known as rose boy in china) uh happy pride!!
