On Febuary 24th, 1905, almost 3 years since the Avians first gained the rights to move between fiefs, Tsar Pytor signed a new law allowing Avians to become officers in the army. This law made the anti-industrialists mad but is important in the midst of rising tensions and a civil war raging in the world right now.
