A DTA stands for Draw to adopt, often it's a little contest where the contestants draw the character in the hopes to win it. Q. how many designs can I win? A. seeing as I don't know how many people will enter I'm going to go with one for now. Q. can I enter for multiple Characters? A. Go for it! enter for as many as you like! just know you are probably only going to get 1 of these though Q. how many drawings to I need to do? Quality [Good art quality, shaded or lighted art, more than one drawings] Love [a clearly sho want for a character, creating lore and story for them] time [ I can clearly see you took your time and energy to do something it's not lazy or rushed] What is not wanted... Disrespect/unkindness [being unkind or disrespectful or judging another participant will disqualify you no matter what] gore/blood [unless for lore/backstory reasons I'd prefer if there wasn't gore in your drawings, if there is make sure it's explained and have a warning] Begging [yes I wanna see that you have a want for this character but I don't wanna see you go C.C.C you have to give me them you have to please oh please won't you- like just be kind and see if you get it I mean you could be like C.C.C I'd be so honored if I won, I love this design so much-] self doubt >:o [ I don't care how good you are at art, how "bad" you wanna enter go for it, don't be like everyone else's is much better, or they have way more drawings than me! you still have a chance as I'll carefully look at every drawing] ✧･ﾟ:* *:･ﾟ✧.・゜-: ✧☾Characters☽✧ :-゜・.✧･ﾟ:* *:･ﾟ✧ Raspberry: backstory: tba Blackberry: backstory: (tw- mentions of wounds & death) Blackie never wanted to hurt anybody. She thought she wouldn't ever have to. until she joined Bloodmoon. there the cats were all about themselves: what territory they owned, how skilled they were, how many cats they'd k!lled. Blackie didn't want to be one of them. but she had to, didn't she? when she joined, barely as old as an apprentice, she couldn't have known. it was the only place that had offered her shelter and community- as bad as that community was. So Blackie accepted that offer, along with a new name. Luster. But at least there was one cat who cared- well, not really cared, exactly, but. Ice. he wasn't perfect. he wasn't exactly kind. but he didn't try to act superior with her. he was the only one who acknowledged her as another cat with a heart. if he had a heart. but Luster always tried to assume the best of everyone- even the Bloodmoon cats- so you can see why she felt so shattered when he was so badly wounded. it had happened like this. one day, Bone and Sunscorch dragged in a kit. well, not quite a kit. she was about old enough to be an apprentice. Vampire. Ice had taunted her a couple times, but that was all. it shouldn't have been enough to send Vampire into a mvrderous flurry. yet it did. she was agile and quick and nimble, with a dark dark mind. when she was done, Ice wasn't d3ad. but he might as well have been. Luster tried to help, of course, putting cobwebs on his wounds and bringing him prey. but she didn't know the first thing about herbs. but she had tried. and tried. and tried. and tried. she failed. -------------------------------- author notes: yes, Ice d13d :( but dw, it doesn't end here! Blackie eventually ended up in the clans as a medic apprentice, to make up for poor Ice's fate and eventually becomes Blackberry :D (and yes, feel free to ship Iceberry >;3 [interpret that how you wish...) also, i hope i win otherwise I just wrote this entire tragic backstory for nothing ToT
