So... after hearing the news about CM121's PMC Template Project suddenly becoming broken without explanation, I took matters into my own hands by swapping out the "Pac-Man" sprite with a more functional one. Not only that, though. I also updated the layout of the maze from the original project to (hopefully) make it fit the Swap! aesthetic more, as well as giving Swap!Blinky more sprites that I used from the "Playable Blinky" sprite sheet by @ThePac-GhostFan2010 Other than that, there's not much else to say about this Swap!Blinky test project patch aside from a different Bonus Fruit position.
