BG STORY TIME; A spoken tale of an old cat, who wandered the forest alone. some said it was a tabby, others said it was fake, and had a mask. People never paying close attention. after years had passed the cat stopped visiting the town, and people had thought it had died, or it had moved on. a child wanted to see the old cat, and had wandered off alone. The kid found a river after round an hour of looking, and stopped to get a drink. the cat jumped by, and the boy got up and ran after it. It lead him to a cave. a beautiful cave full of gems. He saw them and told the cat, his family could be taken from poverty. After gaining his trust the odd little creature ran back to the stream and jumped in. the boy could tell it wasn’t a cat, and called it a fairytale. Or a seemingly fake tale about a cat. The boy knew he could swim and jumped in, he felt seeming tired, in the freezing water. The fairytale continued. The boy was losing his breath, and tried to swim back up, to realize the fairytale had been waiting for him to struggle, and it watched him drowned. It held its mask up under the water, and smiled. The boy went missing, the townspeople said he had died chasing an old trick, to keep people from leaving the town… but it wasn’t a lie, or a trick. The so called cat had earned its name: The Fairytale Trickster.
the cat mask and the treasure are used to target a child's innocence. the Trickster moves from town to town, when the town gets suspicious, or if there isn’t many kids. NOW WIP ANIMATION
