its bleed damage does more damage as more of itself is applied also this guy does a lot of damage here but its for showcase reasons
Stats: 1000 hp (above average), 30% global resistance, 100% bleed resistance. Receives 100 max hp and 3% global resistance every kill, capped at 1500 max hp and 45% global resistance, 100% explosion resistance a lot of walkspeed Their bullets apply bleed, and a very minimal amount of hitstun. They're 3x less likely to attack slugcats. (Additionally, they wont shoot slugcats While scoped, unless they're close enough or done enough damage) They are an assassin type enemy. Their waring message is a bright red saying "A bounty hunter is after your head..." with a eerie bell sound. five seconds after this message, the anarchist robloxian will teleport to you. They're considered a mini boss, having a spawn cap of 2. Its bomb has a greater disuption effect. it does the following -Multiply all incoming damage by 1.25 -Increase possible bleed stacks to 100 -Prevent the gain of shield AND hp -25% life steal for the Anarchist. Lasts 12.5 seconds, attempting to cure it decreases the lifespan of the effect by 4 seconds. The bomb does more damage if there are more bleed stacks present, but it consumes these stacks Inorder to survive the "scope," get behind cover or get iframes. do NOT attempt to attack it in that state (80% global res for the duration) (they add up btw)
