In 2023, NASCAR roared to life in Le Mans for the first time since a failed operation in 1976. In what was a one-of-a-kind racecar for the Garage 56 Program, Jimmie Johnson, Jenson Button, and Mike Rockenfeller took to the track in the #24 NASCAR Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, albeit, with some extra aero and lights. The Camaro rocked the track with a 37th out of 62nd qualifying effort. The race didn't go flawless though, as the transmission would need to be replaced in the middle of the race. That would knock the program to a 39th place finish, still beating multiple Hypercars and other GT cars. Also, WTH IS A KILOMETER!??!!??!?!!??!!?!!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!!?!!?!?
