<— Click or press space to see how I organize everything. Feel free to ask questions about it. You gotta go full screen to read it. So rolling reporter is pretty time consuming and theres a few nitpicky things. So every week, I did Fridays, you post a cutoff in the rollijg project. It is best to have everything counted by Sunday at the latest and to report and to report any starvation immunities (if a cat steals from own clan or for self), prey theft, or prey poisonings to the staff check in project by sunday as well. Usually I do things in two part. Friday-Saturday I counted everything and Sunday-Monday I reported but sometimes I got things done earlier than that which is great. The screenshots are how I organized everything including all the categories you need and the information within each. Some things don’t get reported at all but I count them anyway to prevent myself from missing things in the project. The things that get reported are deaths through rolling, apt and exp, prey pile alterations, starvation immunity, injuries through rolling, and crimes that get caught. The only project you are counting from in the rolling project itself. For apt/exp counts: Winning a playfight for kits is +1warrior Winning a real fight for KITS is +3warrior Winning a real fight for APPRENTICES AND OLDER is +5warrior A kit sneaking out and surviving is +8 warrior or medic (they choose) Things you are NOT reporting (but I counted) are: unsuccessfully sneaking out the twoleg place, uncaught crimes, and spying (successfully or unsuccessfully) Things that get reported are crimes (caught), moving clans, deaths (note on this later), injuries, illnesses (note on this later), and apt/exp. Deaths can either happen through unsuccessfully sneaking out, being poisoned BY A MEDIC, fighting, or murders/inactivity claim (note on this later). If you report a death to storage, the person who runs the storage will give you the characters stats and you have to report these stats to the owner of the character. This rarely ever happens but in the case a medic rolls to poison a cat, its 40% major illness and 60% death (i think but it doenst matter) if the cat gets an illness you note that Kits cannot do more than 5 playfights a week and of there is a thread rolled beyond that limit it is voided no matter the winner. Not only do you count clan storages, but also changes to allegiances in loner/KP storage and medic den. This is less common but still happens.
Ok so to put everything simply report caught crimes to the clan the crime was against’s leader (just go to storage and to their account). Include Cat, crime committed, user, and clan. Once you receive the punishments, go and inform those users what they are Apt/exp gains go to storages with cat name, user, and how much warrior or medic (if apt) was gained. If theyre above kit age it is just the number (no label). Deaths also go to storage and after receive those stats report it to the cat’s owners Injuries/illnesses go to medic den with the severity (add ‘ignore if self reported’ in case it was self reported. Youre also authorized as a roller but percentages and stuff are specific so if you plan on rolling id go get training by someone who rolls more regularly (listed in project) (i just picked it up over time) PLEASE ASK ME QUESTIONS IF YOU ARE CONFUSED :D this isnt very organized so i might do that later for future staff Important links: Rolling project: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1244173071/ Staff check in: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1233634494 Staff Studio: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/34618420/ Border studio (to navigate to storages and stuff): https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/32606453/
