In his adult life, Pararealm Phin decided to embrace the chaos that he is. After taking the Chaos Ruby, his power was increased tenfold, and his personality changed to be much darker. His cape is made out of pure chaos, manifested as a clothing item. (this desc was written when i was very tired :pensive:)
