Character cosplay has always been appealing to me, so I decided I’d try it out! I’m not a furry but making the fursuit head is tons of fun and I had a bit of a hyperfixation and it still hasn’t worn off lol. I’ve never made something like this and I only watched a tutorial on how to make a bucket head but tbh if I watched a tutorial it’d look better lol. 1. Buckethead base 2. Crown 3. Ewww it looks ugly 4. No idea what I was doing tbh, this whole project was built on “I wonder if this would work” moments 5. Ear and eyebrow templates added 6. Ears made + made cheeks look better 7. Little ear tufts pinned on so I can in-vision it. Printed some eye blanks, and added eyebrows. Also there are paper irises that are temporary 8. Pattering time :’) 9. Took off the forehead patterns since they were the biggest! (Also the fur arrived yippee) 10. I cut out the fur for the eye brow areas, and a little marking. They aren’t actually attached but I’m trying to make sure it all looks like I wanted it to look like. 11. Front view 12. Added muzzle, looks really rough, but the darts aren’t stitched together, and I pinned on a small temporary nose (random scrap fabric) Everything is pinned in atm but ima hand stitch it all soon 13, loosely layed the fur on top ( I stitched the cheecks and muzzle) 14. *cutley rips of ears vi0lently* te hehe 15. Lowkey just said scr3w it, the ears looked rlly weird originally and people kept mistaking her for a bunny but I love bunnies so I made the Caracal ears more bunny like 16. Tbh once everything is stitched together and the ears get furred it’ll look sick (also need to add painted mesh for the eyes) Oh also I have buckram for the eyes. I 100% recommend using it for the eyes, it’s wonderful
Thingy: me Music: Go kitty Go (most random song choice ever :sob:) I rlly wanted to make a head based off some kemono heads I saw but in the end I pretty much just made the whole thing in my actual art style.
