It is all based off of my knowledge of cat genetics in self learning. ————————————————————————— Q: When I breed a white cat, why is it that I get mostly white as the output? ————————————————————————— A: In more detailed terms, the white fur colour is dominant over other fur colours. So for example, if you breed a white and an orange tabby, you will most likely get a white cat but with either cream, cream tabby, orange or orange tabby underneath that white fur. ————————————————————————— Q: Why can’t I get a longhaired cat after breeding it with a shorthair cat? ————————————————————————— A: To make it simpler for myself, I made the fur lengths as 2 dominant shorthair copies or 2 recessive longhair copies. So, shorthair, being dominant, will be present no matter what if bred with a longhair. ————————————————————————— Q: Will you be adding any more features? ————————————————————————— A: Maybe!
