Welcome to Slick, my movement engine experimentation. Ever since I started scratch, I have been looking for a movement engine that fit my needs. I could never find one, so I made it my mission to create one that functioned and felt good to play. After about a month of work, I believe I'm very close... Slick was built with slopes having the utmost importance. Slopes are difficult to perfect. My goal was to make something that made sense to play with. Slopes that are shallow, you can walk up, and slopes that are steep, you can slide down. Writing it down makes it sound like a simple task, but coding it is an entirely different story. If this ends up being what I'm hoping for, I will most likely make it the movement engine for Laser Gladiators, my multiplayer combat game. Find out more here: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/35947303/ It is playable, so if you want to use it, go ahead. If you do, please give credit. I do not recommend using this yet until it has been fully completed. Change log inside the project. Please comment down below if you find any bugs. Tell me what happened and the events leading up to it. Thank you! Special thanks to @BellaPython7 for the one time use fullscreen checker.
