Oh no! Scratch has changed their license for Scratch projects... It used to be CC-BY-SA 2.0 which lets you use projects for any purpose with credit (note: I am not a lawyer) now it's something weird though (from Wikipedia): "...content which has appeared on the Scratch programming language website (https://scratch.mit.edu/) before January 22, 2026. According to the terms of use in sections 4 to 5 for that website, all content added and support materials are available under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 Generic license... This license only applies to content uploaded before January 22, 2026! Future uploads on that date are under a custom license..." (this custom license, as I understand it, restricts remixing solely to the Scratch website, among other [unnecessary] restrictions) I like free stuff, so I hereby release everything shared on my Scratch profile under the terms of the old CC-BY-SA 2.0 license. Do with that what you will (I don't know for certain if it is within my power to do that but yeah). I don't want them to stop remix culture outside of Scratch, so consider all this crazy stuff (projects that I have shared) free content. Have a great day! :) I have also gone through and marked all my projects shared on or after January 22, 2026 as being released under the terms of the CC-BY-SA 2.0 license, like so: 6/7/2026: As Scratch has recently changed their licensing for stuff, I hereby release this and all projects shared by me under the terms of the old CC-BY-SA 2.0 license. Assume the terms of the CC-BY-SA 2.0 license apply to all my projects, with or without the above notice. Credit to Endless-Ocean on Scratch (or simply Endless-Ocean if it is unambiguous that you are referring to me, a user on Scratch). Free content for all! I hate legal stuff
