1. Introduce yourself tell us who you are and what you like to do! Hi, I'm Ash/Intermission! I use she/him pronouns. I like to chat, draw, read, and sometimes write. 2. How active are you 1-10? Please, be honest. Being less active won’t necessarily hinder your chances I'm very active most of the time- I'd say 7/10. I do have certain short periods where i'm not active, sometimes because of school, but I'm usually active. 3. How do you handle stressful situations, and is there anything you can improve on? I handle them by trying to calm people down first. I know from past experience panicking and screaming and causing chaos and fear isn't going to do anything, so I try to calm things down first. If it's serious though, I will try to handle the situation as fast as possible. I could improve on how I act, though. I'm sometimes a little immature and easily stressed. 4. What would you bring to our studio? What would you do to help? I would definitely make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe, while still keeping things in order. I consider myself good with making people feel happy and comfortable while keeping things safe. 9. Why do you want to manage? I want to make the community a great place for everyone. 10.
