Introduce yourself tell us who you are and what you like to do! My name is Micah, I use they/plush/will pronouns, and I am a teenager. I love drawing, and I am learning to animate. 2. How active are you 1-10? Please, be honest. Being less active won’t necessarily hinder your chances I would say a 9. I am probably on Scratch too much, but I still do know how to take breaks and be responsible. 3. How do you handle stressful situations, and is there anything you can improve on? I handle stressful situations by thinking of what another person might do. Often when I don't know what to do, I think about how another person I look up to might handle it, and I would do that. I could improve on my tone in stressful situations. Occasionally, I might seem rude or sarcastic when stressed. 4. What would you bring to our studio? What would you do to help? I would like to see the studio grow. I like being a part of things, I would probably try and get people to know about it. I would say that I myself have good vibes, and I hope I could bring that to the studio. 5. What age range are you? // If you aren’t comfortable sharing, ignore this. It won’t affect your chances. I am 15 6. Is there anything that could get in the way of you managing? I am not 100% sure, as sometimes I don't think too far ahead. If there was anything, it would probably be the fact as I get closer and closer to being 18, I might be more and more busy, due to schoolwork, and possibly a job. 7. Do you have any experience? Both in real life and on scratch? I manage DbD, and I have been since late May 2025. For in real life, I don't know. I have done group projects in my classes before, and it has always turned out great. I am pretty good with working in a group. 8. What differentiates you from other applicants? The fact that I also manage DbD. It's mainly that I have been in DbD almost since the very start, so I know what it is like to help a chat studio grow (even though I was offline when it drastically grew). I have experience, so I know what to do and what not to do. 9. Why do you want to manage? I would like to manage because I would like more experience with helping leading something. I also would like to manage because when I came back from my break on Scratch, I got to know the members of DBD more, and same with the managers. I think managing a new chat studio would bring me closer to the other selected managers. Another thing is that I just like managing lol. 10. Any extra info you want to share? I realize that you may or may not be concerned that I would pay less attention to one chat studio because I manage another. That is a reasonable thing to assume. I would like to say that if I do get selected as a manger for your new chat studio, I would probably write a schedule for when I would chat there.
