so i have THIS shirt (see image) and i've already cropped it but do i cut the neck? so that it can be an off-the-shoulder shirt? im not technically allowed to make modifications to my clothes without asking but like i REALLY want to and i dont wanna ask my mom bc i know she'll probably say no SO WHAT DO I DO ToT
