Introduce yourself tell us who you are and what you like to do! Hello! Im Jade (@Just_Chill_Jade or @Jade_Plays_Slither !). I like to draw, I am also in marching band and theatre. I spend a lot of my time on DBD or drawing. I also enjoy writing a lot. IDK what to put here. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT ME IN THE COMMENTS!!!!! 2. 10 :D 3. How do you handle stressful situations, and is there anything you can improve on? I can handle stressful situations very well online. I am rarely deeply affected by insults or pressure from people online. I have to improve on being less stubborn and headstrong. - I normally think before posting, though. 4. I'd be able to bring creative events and experience from server moderating. I'd also be able to stay calm during drama and try to figure out what exactly happened on both sides before deciding who needs to be punished. I also can bring energy and good bandwagons when needed. I can bring ideas for events, contests, QOTS, and I even have ideas like... - a calendar project for all of the events - different event ideas - and other things! NOTE: I can help anywhere :D 5. 14-16 6. Occasonal inactivitea for theatre or band 7. Do you have any experience? Yes - experienced server moderator - Some irl stuff, did an outside-of-class project for school that involved leadership. - Also helped lead multiple slither.io teams on scratch - Manager on the Temu DBD I guess 8. What differentiates you from other applicants? - I'm the only one who has strong experience in moderating in a room that's very popular and peaks at 35 people at once per day. - I also moderate another room that gets popular but not as popular as the first - I also have started and assisted in creating servers like - LGBTQ safe places - Drawing classes - and other things as well! those are a few examples - I didn't write my application with AI. 9. Why do you want to manage? - Be able to learn more about studio management. - give back to the community that's given so much to me - Help more than I can as a normal curator. - Be able to make my ideas heard and known. - Help with the next manager promotions! - Make events for the studio?
