Hi BunniiVerse! I am going to be telling you guys my experience trying the Le sserafim workout and dieting for a week! None of this is unhealthy in any way and helps you lose weight and gain abs while eating healthy balanced meals each day. My sisters usually make dinner so I will not be choosing the dinner but I'll try to make it balanced. Also note I cannot go to the grocery store or anything for special stuff so I am working on using what I have at my home. I will be updating this everyday! I am also going to be meal prepping the night before so you will see what I am going to eat the next day. WORKOUTS I DID: Seated knee up Leg raise Seated alternating knee up Leg raise toe touch Crossover toe touch crunch Cross crunch Heel tap Lying hip raise Single leg bent knee hip raise Tabletop leg raise Twist plank / Hold plank Jumping Jacks: 100 Reps Burpees: 100 Reps (or 4 sets of 25) Jump Squats: 2 Sets of 103. Plank Crawls: Do this for the duration of the song "Fearless" (about 3 minutes) Plank Up and Downs: 2 Sets of 10 Plank Twists: 2 Sets of 10 Crunches: 75 Reps (or 3 sets of 25) Feel free to try it! Day 1 - June 7th Ate: Breakfast - eggs with potatoes and milk Lunch - cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and a water Dinner - Broccoli Alfredo (didnt eat the chicken bc I don't like chicken) with a water Dessert - Organic watermelon popsicle Snacks - Blueberries Drinks - (5x) cups of water, gatorade, milk Day 2 - June 8th Ate: Breakfast - Strawberry Yogurt, Toast.
