Introduce yourself tell us who you are and what you like to do! Hi! Im charli/Vex and i love to read, draw, and eat food heh. 2. How active are you 1-10? Please, be honest. Being less active won’t necessarily hinder your chances id say around 7/10 on weekdays, depending on my schedule and more around 4-5/10 on weeked 3. How do you handle stressful situations, and is there anything you can improve on? I'd say i handle stressful situations pretty well, i try to defuse the situation and calm everyone down, I realize that getting panicked won't help at all. I would try and calmly explain what happened and taking further movements to fix it and avoid similar or additonal problems in the future. i think i could work on being less blunt and more careful of how i word things to be more sensitive. i can also occasionally be immature at times. 4. What would you bring to our studio? What would you do to help? I would love to help bring creativity and help this studio grow! I would love to make sure everyone feels like they are in a safe and fun environment. i would help by advertising and being a good manager. 5. Is there anything that could get in the way of you managing? yes, school from around 8-3, during that times i will only be online a little and during the summer, i am gone for 2 months. Both in real life and on scratch? i have managed very small chat-studios on scratch, irl i have to do a lot of group projects and i'd say i do a pretty good job handling them. 8. What differentiates you from other applicants? probably my inactive 2 months in the summer :'[ 9.
