First, congrats to Champika Fernando (@Champ99) for CEO! One day in September (i think), I got home from school and called my cousin (no he doesn't have a Scratch account.) He was playing and a game so I asked, "What game are you playing?" Then he said, "Baldi's Basics". So I asked, "what on?" He told me Scratch. I went to the URL scratch.mit.edu and asked my Mom to unlock it. I was restricted to websites back then. I sat on there viewing projects for a while until my Dad saw me looking at Scratch on October 2... he said we can create me an account. I chose WizWazWuz and we created a basic project. Then, I made my first project, Talking Ava. I used the Abby sprite and made it a chatbot. In the next five seconds, I got some kind feedback from two people. I don't remember their tags though. Later that night, since it was halloween season, I made it a pumpkin. That weekend, I spent my day coding, making an up and down rocket, so proud. Then, a year passed. I was a SDS helper and participated and helped in Scratchtober. A few months later 2026 came. That's when I became who I am now. But why did I join? Well, I don't even know.
