Dear scratch, I really love this website! The blocks are very easy to understand, and the community is really kind! I rate this website 10/10, the editor, the community, profiles, studios, the forums, perfect! My story: 3 years ago I got a library book from school about scratch, thinking you had to buy scratch, I begged my mum to get scratch. 2 years later, I went onto the computer and searched up "Scratch", I clicked on the link and was surprised to see that you didn't have to buy it! I asked my mum to help come up with a strong password and I made up a username: scratchy_boy (Because I'm a boy who scratches) and some random numbers at the end. My first project was a game where a cat moves about the place and you have to click on it to get points, but if you don't click him fast enough, you lose! While making my first project, it was easy to understand what the blocks do and how they work, and it was really fun to make! I quickly went from noob to pro in months! My first project had about 20 blocks, but the game I'm most proud of (Snake) has about 200 blocks! I'm really proud of my projects, and hope to earn money from games when I grow up! What I would do if I was CEO: If I was CEO, I would; - Add a lot of new blocks, - Make scratch more collaborative, - Extend the sixty second rule to comments, not just the forums, to reduce spam. - Add customizable colours and dark mode to the website and editor. - Add dictionaries as a category to scratch.
