After investigating a bit, I realized that the event could easily be repeated; you just had to refresh the page a few times. You have to keep refreshing for two to three minutes and WAIT BETWEEN EACH REFRESHMENT. It seems that the latest update didn't make the page static, but rather hid what was in the previous update, requiring you to refresh the page several times to find it. The static aspect is just a facade; anyone can access this. That's all there was to it. Let me know what you think about all this in the comments. Have a very glitchy day!
