the Southern Sand Worm is found in the southern sandbars. their skin is colored to camouflage with the sand that they live in. these predators can get up to 18 feet long when fully stretched out, making them one of the largest animals in the sandbars. they hunt by stinging their prey with their deadly stingers on the end of their tail, then swallow their prey whole like a snake and digest them for days. their eyes evolved specifically to hunt prey even at night, and contain powerful photoreceptors. they have a total of 8 eyes for a wide range of vision.
