After a decisive naval victory for the coalition the island is surrounded and the emperor finally surrenders to end the civil war. He is soon executed by firing squad for high treason against the people of Skåland. A few days later the new Republic of Skåland is declared.Relaen, Skalarak and Drenik are equal under the new constitution. The judicial system is completely cleansed of corruption with all but one judge imprisoned for corruption. The Parliament and president will be elected soon in the first Skålandr election. The army adopts the Drenik uniform for now although it will be modified soon to fit a proper Skålandr uniform. The army is modelled after that of the Golden Sun as well. The priest class is abolished and the monks are now considered the proper owners of their monasteries, although they must pay taxes like everyone else.
