A bit of lore: Forrest (the one in the animation) Was adopted by Sol, a member of a cult. She was being harshly trained to be the next cult leader so that she could step down and have sol as the leader, putting a lot of pressure on her. eventually, Sols plots were discovered and he was kicked out. Forrest never ended up becoming the cult leader but she did become Juniper (cult leader)'s advisor.
