Yup. doing fanmodels now for stuff I think is interesting. I've seen this character before (rather recently on this site, specifically) and wanted to try modeling it. I'm sure one of my friends on here recognizes it, but that's only if they're sure it's the thing I'm talking about. Good luck guessing :)
