I was trying to get 1.33B, but I got rate-limited. Note: The Scratch Team silently placed a limit on how many projects I can create in a specified time period (up to 8-10). If you create more projects than that, Scratch will say "Could not create project. Please try again!" when creating a project, and when you look at the console it shows 429 errors, which can indicate that I've been creating projects too quickly.
