Underneath the Hospital State were secret Jansanians, Jansanians that shouldn't belong to the Hospital State, Jansanians who work as a heraldic clan, a gang syndicate, a secret society, a group of brokers, brokers that mystically took advantage of the economy through professional corporate ladder climbing, market manipulation, playing roles in macroeconomics, and maintaining backup from other network of brokers. The Camorra of St Januarius stood amongst them, in which were 7 sub clans, with the Seventh Banner being the largest of them all. These parties were contrived since the days of Emperor Jansan II, working as fundraisers for the Jansanians to utilise for compensation of bribes, army conscription, and et cetera. At this moment, the group was tasked to fully grasp the financial realm, orchestrating capital flight, exploiting custodies, hiding cash in shell corporations, and other illicit actions. At foremost, the brokers trick the corporations and stockholders to think that market profits were in a phase of chaotic increase, receiving tons of financial liquidity assets, then after ensuring that nothing was left in their hands, the brokers then collapse the market at the next hour, gathering all of the assets to hide under shell corporations for safety, then use the assets to traffick into the NASM smoothly without any trace. (Although I'm entirely sure that @Marica_games would void this because this is the PU, the Emperor have absolute dictatorial power even when he's entirely errant, alongside if I've proofs of him being wrong which I have, so he could abus- ahem utilise his powers to weaken and destroy me as always for the past few months) But anyways, now there is in a huge economical crisis for the Hospital State to deal, ultimately meaning lacking funds for the war between the Solar League and the IA, which is a huge step towards disorganising the IA.
